Eye catching vintage Czech glass brooch combining an outstanding 1960s Czech cut cabochon stone, known for its rich hue and inner reflections, and an old silver tone filigree frame handcrafted in the 1950s using a traditional mold which was also made by hand. Delicate streaks of smoky grey and deep black weave through the colour, giving the glass a striking sense of depth and dimension. Each piece has been manually assembled, preserving the artisanal techniques of mid-century European costume jewelry.
Made entirely from unused vintage New Old Stock components , this brooch is a rare find that blends craftsmanship, elegance and history.
Available in deep sapphire blue, soft pink or intense and deep red tones, it adds a touch of color and vintage soul to coats, blouses or scarves.
