In July 2025, InStyle Spain featured this unique vintage 1980s Working Thermometer Necklace, crafted with a fully working thermometer and made in West Germany in the 1980s, rescued from an old warehouse in its original unused condition.
I chose it for its unique character, and it was selected by Sara Trueba as one of the key accessories for a holiday look with Italian inspiration.
The piece appears in the editorial “Palermo Italian Spirit”, alongside brands such as Chloé. I couldn’t be happier to see it sharing space with such renowned names in today’s fashion scene.
This is a perfect example of how vintage can be current, desirable, and stand proudly next to any modern trend. Some treasures from the past still have much to say.
